Terms of Service

Welcome to ProjectionCraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.projectioncraft.com (the "Site") and your purchase and use of our digital projection content ("Content"). The Site and Content are provided by Creatification LLC, doing business as Projection Craft ("ProjectionCraft," "we," "us"). By using the Site or buying our Content, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
 

1. What we sell

ProjectionCraft sells downloadable digital video files designed to be played through a projector or screen. Our products are digital goods. Nothing physical is shipped unless a listing specifically states otherwise. You are responsible for having compatible equipment (a projector, media player or computer, and any screen material) to use the Content.
 

2. Your licence to use the Content

When you buy Content, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment - decorating your own home or personal event.

Unless you hold a separate written commercial licence from us, you may not:

  • Resell, share, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part;

  • Upload the files to any public or file-sharing platform, or make them available for others to download;

  • Claim the Content as your own, or use it to create a competing product;

  • Use the Content for commercial gain — including paid events, ticketed attractions, businesses, bars, restaurants, or promotional use.

3. Intellectual property

All Content, artwork, branding, and text on the Site is owned by Creatification LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership of the Content to you - you're licensing the right to use it under Section 2, not buying the file outright.
 

4. Piracy

Our Content is original work that takes real time and craft to produce. Redistributing or pirating it is theft and a breach of these Terms. We actively pursue takedowns and reserve the right to revoke access and pursue any remedy available to us against anyone who shares or resells our files.
 

5. Affiliate links and recommended gear

Some pages recommend equipment (projectors, screens, media players, cables). Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend gear we believe is genuinely suitable. Recommendations are our opinion, not a guarantee of results with your specific setup.
 

6. Digital delivery and your responsibilities

Content is delivered by download link after purchase. Because files can be large, we recommend downloading on a computer with a stable connection and enough storage. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files. We recommend keeping a backup copy.
 

7. Disclaimers

The Content and Site are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any effect will look identical on your particular projector, surface, or room conditions — results depend on your equipment, brightness, and setup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
 

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatification LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Content in question.
 

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
 

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We sell to customers worldwide, and nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
