The short version

ProjectionCraft products are digital downloads delivered instantly. All sales are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure a product is right for you before buying: every product page shows a real demo of the effect plus its format, resolution and orientation.

The one exception — a download that fails

If your download link doesn't work or your file arrives corrupted, that's on us. Check the FAQ's First - for ways to recover or find your files - if that still does not work Contact Us within 14 days and we'll get you a working file. This is a technical fix, not a refund — we make sure you receive the working product you paid for.

Device compatibility

Our files are 1080p 30fps MP4 files built to industry-standard specifications, and we guarantee they play on Windows, iOS, and mobile devices such as iPads. We can't test every device or media player on the market, so we can't be held responsible if a file won't play on a specific or unusual device. If you're not sure your setup will work, ask us before you buy.

What isn't covered

• "I changed my mind," or bought the wrong pack.

• The effect didn't look how you imagined, or didn't suit your space.

• Equipment issues — your projector's too dim, the room's too bright, the surface is wrong, or your player won't loop.

Once a working file has been delivered, the sale is complete.

International customers: We sell worldwide. If you're buying from the UK or EU, consumer law gives you a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases — but that right ends once you agree to immediate download. At checkout you'll be asked to confirm you want instant access and understand you're waiving the cancellation right.
